On the developer’s September 2026 price sheet, one-bedroom Resort Residences run from $1,715,000 to $1,940,000 and two-bedrooms from $2,880,000 to $3,149,000, fully furnished. Private Residences with three to six bedrooms are priced by residence, on request.

Anantara Miami is in pre-construction. The developer and Minor Hotels announced 2030 as the expected opening and delivery year. A few third-party sites list 2029 or 2031, so treat 2030 as the working date until the purchase contract states otherwise.

Sales sources report 20% at contract, 10% at groundbreaking, 10% at top-off and 60% at closing. Earlier pre-launch material showed 10% at contract, 10% at 90 days, 10% at groundbreaking, 10% at the 49th-floor pour and 60% at closing. Confirm the schedule in your contract before you commit.
What amenities will Anantara Miami have?
More than 130,000 square feet, including a 30,000-square-foot Vitality & Longevity Center on Level 6, 30,000 square feet of Thai-inspired gardens, a 25,000-square-foot private resident level on Level 7 and a rooftop helipad on Level 50. Services include a house car, estate manager and 24-hour valet.
Can Resort Residences join a hotel rental program?
Resort Residences are designed with an optional Anantara rental program. Participation terms, fees and any revenue split are set by the developer and operator and are not guaranteed. Review the offering documents with your attorney.
Can international buyers purchase at Anantara Miami?
Yes. Foreign nationals can buy Florida condominiums, and many pre-construction buyers pay the deposits in stages by wire. Plan wire timing, ownership structure and tax treatment early with your attorney and tax advisor, and message me if you want help coordinating.
