Joaquin Gutierrez, licensed since 1993 but learning and sharing everyday. YouBetterCallMe.com was born from a conversation I was having with a new agent that was shy when it came to calling me for help, I turned to her and said, “if you need me, you better call me”. I thought of the amount of times that I have said that to agents and customers throughout my career.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the domain name was still available.

I owned my own brokerage for 14 years (Marquee Properties) in the Village of Palmetto Bay. Selling from land to Luxury Homes. My most memorable moments have been in helping first time buyers get their first home. Especially the ones that had never thought of doing so til they met me.

Other than residential real estate I have sold commercial and business opportunities. I spent a short time working for CoStar®, Loopnet® and Xceligent®. Training commercial brokers, Appraisers, Investors and Bank officers how to find and use commercial data.

For 5+ years I worked directly with Builders selling new construction homes. I also worked with developers as a consultant. I was instrumental in the site location, design choices, setting of price points and naming the community.

When it comes to technology I have not only done my best to stay abreast of the tools that are available, but also have had sufficient success as to be an instructor and a notable figure in the industry.
